A: This could of been for many reasons, but most likely because there has been an interest shown in the type of item you are selling.
Q: How long will it take to get my ad listed? A: Your ad is normally listed within 24-72 hours of receiving payment.
Q: Why is my ad not showing on all your partner sites? A: This may be for many reasons, some partners have requirements such as, exterior photo and
VIN Numbers. Others only display ads for a limited time before they expire them so they keep the latest
content. Or there may have been some other problem. Let us know if your ad still does not appear on our
partner's sites after 7 days on ours.
Q: How many photos can my ad have? A: Up to 10 depending on the site it's listed on.
Q: How do I send you photos? A: The fastest way is to email them, if you can please crop them to the item your selling, then resize them to around 500x375. You can also mail or email them to us and we will scan, crop and resize them for you. If you are emailing them and they have not been cropped or resized you may need to send just one or two at a time.
Q: What pieces of my information do you share with others? A: We share vehicle information, Year, Make, Model etc... Your First Name and Phone number are also displayed in the ad. We do allow potential buyers to email you, however we do not reveal your email address to them. They will only get your email address if you reply to an email they send you. We also try to personally review each email that is sent to you to try to stop spam and fraud before it gets to you.
Q: How do I find my ad? A: Go to Find My Ad or click the link that corrosponds with your ad below and do a search for the year, make and model.
Q: How long will my ad stay listed? A: Your ad is listed "Until Sold", your ad will stay listed until you tell us to take it down. To maintain accurate listings we ask that if
your ad has been listed for 8 months to let us know if you wish to keep it listed or it may be inactivated.
Q: What are all the sites my ad is listed on? A: The dropdown below will give you links
to all of the different sites where your ad can be found. Additionaly, we provide links underneath your ad on our website.
Q: How long have you been doing this? A: Since 2002.
Q: Why am I not getting any calls? A: There may be many reasons you may not be getting calls, please review your ad for accuracy to start. Be sure you have sent us a photo or request
that we use a stock photo, remember though interior and exterior shots of the item you are selling will give the buyer a better idea of what they are buying. Some other reasons items may be slower to sell are asking price, mileage, color, location, and more. Feel free to ask us for feedback.
Q: What is your companies guarantee? A: We guarantee to market your item until it sells for a one time fee.
Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee? A: We have no way to tell if or when your item will sell so we only offer your money back in the first 3 days, minus any fees we may of had to pay for services like eBay, AutaBuy, etc.
Q: ABC Company offers a money back guarantee, why don't you. A: Again, there is no way to tell if or when your item will sell. If another company tells you differently without proof up-front. You should do some further investigating.
Q: What if my ad doesn't sell? A: As with anything there are no guarantees but we don't limit you
to any certain time for your ad. We will leave it posted until SOLD.
