| Description | 1962 Ford Galaxie 500; G-code car, Restored, 56,000 miles, California black-plate car. Never rusted. 406 Tri-power, 4-speed, original drivetrain, 370 gears, 3 Flowmasters, Vintage Air conversion. American Racing 60s era Torque Thrust wheels. 2002 Cadillac medium mica metallic red paint with ghost flames, Crites hood, gray tweed interior and trunk. This Galaxie is one of only a few thousand produced with a 405HP/406 cubic inch engine and four speed. They were built by ford for high performance use only. They came with a 90 day warrant or 4000 miles. The car sold new in 1962 for 3300.00 we found her in Visalia, CA where she had been sitting outside for nearly 30 years, and had only 46,000 original miles. It needed a full restoration, but had no rust or major body damage to contend with.
